Alliance Background

On September 25, 2008 the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Fort Worth/Tarrant County Chapter entered into an Alliance with OSHA’s Fort Worth Area Office.

To foster a cooperative relationship between OSHA and a group of residential construction general contractors who are building homes in a planned community that will be ongoing for several years.  The purpose is to provide education and outreach to the contractors and the sub-contractors who work for them.

Implementation Team Meetings

There has been no known activity or correspondence with IEC, Mr. Davis or any other member of the IEC over the past 12 months. During late January and early February 2011 the CAS for Fort Worth Area Office attempted to contact James Davis on several occasions without results.

This alliance does not appear to have had any activity over the past 12 months and expired on 25 September, 2010. IEC has not contacted the Fort Worth Area Office to indicate any desire to renew the alliance. Pursuant to the signed agreement and OSHA’s Instruction CSP 04-01-001, the alliance with the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Fort Worth/Tarrant County Chapter is hereby TERMINATED.
