Alliance Program Forum
OSHA established the Alliance Program Forum in May 2018 to bring Alliance Program participants and other stakeholders together to discuss and share information on workplace safety and health. Through the Forum, participants receive OSHA and NIOSH updates, network, and share safety and health compliance assistance tools and other resources for workers and employers. The Forum will convene once per year.

During the September 4, 2025 meeting, Arlene Williams, Acting Director, Directorate of Cooperative and State Programs (DCSP), welcomed the group and thanked them for their support of ensuring a culture that places safety and health at the forefront, ensuring our priorities align with the needs of our nation's workforce. Amanda Wood Laihow, Acting Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health, provided remarks, thanked the group for their continued support of OSHA and making real progress together through compliance assistance, ensuring employers and industry partners understand what we have to offer.
Other presenters included Brian Rizzo, Acting Director, Directorate of Construction (DOC); John Piacentino, Deputy Director for Program, National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH); Andy Levinson, Director, Directorate of Standards and Guidance (DSG), Erin Gilmore, Acting Director, Directorate of Enforcement Programs (DEP); Frank Meilinger, Director, Director, Directorate of Office of Communications (OOC). The afternoon session started with an update from Julie Kebisek, Acting Director, Office of Statistical Analysis, (DTSEM) which was then followed by five round table discussions on identifying OSHA Resources , promoting collaboration, and expanding outreach that gave attendees a chance to collaborate and interact with OSHA’s facilitators. Lastly, Tina Jones, Director, Office of Outreach Services and Alliances, wrapped up by providing attendees with an Alliance Program update, reflection on the ideas shared during the networking session and a commitment to use the feedback to foster community and enhance engagement for National Alliance participants, as well as closing remarks.
