Thermoforming Machine Safety Tour - Slide 21

Featured Areas
(1) This is the top of the Hang Hole Remover. This device acts as a stripper and separator and removes internal die cuts. [Photo description: The highlighted area includes silver, black, and orange moving metal parts of the machine.] View close-up
(2) This is the top of the stacker. Finished parts are pushed through the plastic webbing, where the worker will visually check the parts for defects and pack them into cartons for shipment to the customer. [Photo description: The highlighted area includes a square area that lifts up from inside the machine and contains metal prongs that stick upward.] View close-up
(3) The stacker is a bottom tool that pushes the parts upward through the plastic web. The tooling for the stacker is usually made from wood or aluminum and the operation can be automatically performed by a robotic process. [Photo description: The highlighted area resides inside the machine but is visible through an opening in the side. Moving parts can be seen which push parts up out the top.] View close-up
