Coordinating Committee for Automotive Repair (CCAR)

OSHA and CCAR continue to recognize the value of maintaining a collaborative relationship to improve safety and health practices and programs in American workplaces, and commit to continue their work together through an Alliance Program Ambassador relationship.

In recognition of this ongoing commitment, OSHA will continue to foster an active relationship with CCAR by:

CareerSafe: The National Youth Safety Initiative (CareerSafe)

Through the Alliance, OSHA and CareerSafe will continue to improve awareness of workplace safety and health among youth workers, ages 16 to 24, school educators and administrators, and employers by providing them with information and resources on the most common hazards encountered by new workers in order to prevent and reduce workplace injuries, illnesses, and fatalities, and improve young workers’ understanding of the rights of workers and the responsibilities of employers under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act).

Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and BCSP Foundation

OSHA, BCSP, and the BCSP Foundation are committed to providing BCSP and the BCSP Foundation members, safety and health practitioners, and the public with information, guidance, and access to training resources that will help them protect the health and safety of workers. Through the Alliance, the organizations will continue to work with the OSHA Training Institute (OTI) and OTI Education Centers to identify classes that contribute to various BCSP professional certification educational and eligibility criteria and incorporate those in BCSP materials on certification.

American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA)

OSHA and AIHA continue to recognize the value of maintaining a collaborative relationship to improve safety and health practices and programs in American workplaces, and commit to continue their work together through an Alliance Program Ambassador relationship.
