Abstract:OSHA has extended the administrative stay of 29 CFR 1910.1048(m)(1) (i) through (m)(4)(ii), Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde, for an additional 60 days. The stay will be effective until August 13, 1990. While this stay is in effect, employers must continue to comply with the provisions of OSHA''s Hazard Communication Standard.
