Two employees are hospitalized when tank explodes

At 8:15 a.m. on December 6, 2017, three employees were removing an old process line containing residual Dibenzoyl Peroxide. A decomposition of the residual product exploded resulting in a deflagration/explosion. Two employees were hospitalized.
