AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM AN AERIAL LIFT, TRIMMING TREES NEAR A 13-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED THE LINE WITH HIS RIGHT SHOULDER WHILE HE WAS ALSO IN CONTACT WITH THE TREE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
