The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) held a virtual informal stakeholder meeting Oct. 12, 2022, inviting the public to provide comments on potential changes to the Process Safety Management (PSM) standard.
Written comments will be accepted through November 14th, 2022 on regulations.gov, Docket No. OSHA-2013-0020.
