Employee dies of Multiple Injuries When Thrown From Scissor

At 3:30 p.m. on January 15, 2015, an employee was changing a light overhead when a bridge crane passed by and hit the scissor lift that he was in. The lift tipped over and fell approximately 22.7 feet before landing on the steel ground paint skids. The employee was tossed from the lift as it was falling and struck the skids as well as the ground underneath. The employees injuries consisted of multiple broken bones, several lacerations, and bleeding. The employee was killed
