Employee Falls from Rider Scrubber and Is Killed

On May 27, 2008, Employee #1 cleaned the floors of a plant. He then drove the industrial rider scrubber to the area where he normally dumped the water out of the tank and cleaned the scrubber. Apparently, Employee #1 fell from the rider during that time and was killed. The cause of his fall was not known. The coroner's report did not indicate that Employee #1 had a heart attack or experienced another illness that would have contributed to him falling.
