ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE

State Department of Transportation workers were unloading sheet metal from a stake-bed truck. The sheet metal was to cover trenching for some roadwork. One of the employees contacted an overhead power line and was electrocuted.
