Employee falls from picker forklift, later dies

At 7:30 a.m. on February 13, 2021, an employee was picking a cabinet order using a Mitsubishi Order Picker Forklift. The employee was not tied off or wearing a fall protection and fell 15-feet to the warehouse floor. The employee suffered bleeding and swelling on the brain, was hospitalized and died at 5:25 p.m. on February 14, 2021.
