29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): K&B Solutions Warehouse: On or about 02/16/2021, the employer did not ensure employees tasked with filling cabinetry orders were allowed to operate the company's Mitsubishi fork truck (Model #:FGCZ5N) and Mitsubishi (EOP) Order Picker at the facility were trained. This condition exposed employees to a industrial vehicle struck-by hazards.
