When it's time to renew your SGE status you will receive a notification package via email letting you know that your SGE status is about to expire and to complete another application for continued participation
This notification email is sent out 3-4 months prior to your terms expiration.
Once application is received/ reviewed and processed for approval, you will be notified to contact your local Area or Regional Office to get re-sworn in and sign a new affidavit extending your SGE term for another 3 years.
