obtain additional information on workers engaged in steel erection
activities. The hearing will begin on March 22, 1988 in Washington,
D.C.

FR 45894), was originally scheduled to become effective on January
2, 1990. OSHA is hereby further delaying the effective date of that
final rule to provide additional time for employers to come into
compliance with the final rule. The final rule will become effective
