TWO PAINTERS WERE LOWERING A 40-FOOT ALUMINUM LADDER, WHEN THE LADDER CONTACTED A OVERHEAD POWER LINE. BOTH RECEIVED ELECTRIC SHOCKS. ONE RESULTED IN AN ELECTROCUTION.
