Employee falls from ladder and is killed

At 3:00 p.m. on May 6, 2013, an employee was applying caulking from a ladder. The employee was working from an aluminum ladder while applying caulking when he fell approximately 17 to 20 ft to the ground. A mobile scaffold was found lying on the ground next to the employee indicating the employee had hit the scaffold and was killed.
