EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING ROOF JOISTS ON ROOF BEAMS AND BECAME OVERBALANCED WHEN HIS GLOVE CAUGHT IN END CLIP OF JOIST. HE FELL 26 FT. TO CONCRETE SLAB FOUNDATION AND HIT HIS HEAD RESULTING IN FATAL INJURIES.
