THREE EMPLOYEE HOSPITALIZED DUE TO PRESSURE CLEANER

Employees #1 was using a malfunctioning propane fired steam pressure cleaner to clean a meat processing room when Employees #1, 2, and 3 were overcome by carbon monoxide. All three employees were hospitalized. Employee #1 was following normal procedures to conduct the cleaning operation.
