Employee Is Found Dead in Truck

On December 10, 2013, Employee #1 clocked in at work. The supervisor, however, noticed the employee was missing. After searching the parking lot for the missing employee, the coworkers found him dead in his truck. Employee #1 was transported to Frye Regional Hospital, where the cause of death was determined as severe coronary artery disease.
