Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:38 p.m. on December 9, 2013, Employee #1 was observed walking through the case ready production area, when he suddenly collapsed to the floor. An onsite clinic nurse and Emergency Medical Service were called, and the employee was transported to OBICI-Sentara hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
