Employee Dies from Heart Attack

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on March 3, 2014, Employee #1 reported to work at a grocery store. Then, at around 7:10 a.m., he was found lying in the vegetable aisle of the store. Emergency personnel were summoned. They arrived and found an unconscious Employee #1. He was transported to a local hospital and a family member called the company to inform them that Employee #1 had died at the hospital. His cause of death was determined to be due to a myocardial infarction.
