Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:30 a.m. on February 4, 2014, Employee #1, of Grimmway Farms, was inspecting a front end loader belt and pulley. The employee reached in the pinch point of the moving belt, and his finger was caught between the belt and the pulley amputating two finger of his right hand. Employee #1 was taken to an area hospital, where he was treated for an amputation of his fingers.
