Investigation Summary
On July 12, 2013, Employee #1 was found on the ground non-responsive and unconscious by a coworker, who had exited a drug retailing chain after a delivery. The coworker summoned emergency medical personnel. They arrived and transported him to the hospital with cardiac arrest. Employee #1 went into hospice care on July 6, 2013. He was pronounced dead on July 12, 2013. His death was determined to be a natural event.
