Worker Fractures Skull and Is Killed in Fall from Scaffold

On May 7, 2013, Employee #1, employed by All Seasons Insulation, was performing interior carpentry from a scaffold at a commercial building. He fell. The fall caused severe head trauma, a fractured skull. The employee was killed. The subsequent investigation determined that he had fallen 10 feet.
