Employee Is Struck by Saw, Later Dies

On June 11, 2013, Employee #1 was standing behind a coworker that was on a ladder using a reciprocating saw. After the sawing was finished, the coworker quickly lowered the saw which slung back and struck Employee #1 in the chest puncturing his heart. The employee was taken an area hospital, where he died on June 23, 2013.
