Employee Falls from Ladder and Is Injured

At approximately 12:58 p.m. on June 25, 2013, Employee #1, a farm laborer, was using a ladder to pick apricots in an orchard. As he worked, he suffered a seizure and collapsed. Employee #1 fell from the ladder and sustained unspecified injuries. He was transported to a medical center, where he underwent treatment and was then hospitalized.
