At approximately 7:30 a.m. on March 18, 2013, Employee #1 was making his routine morning rounds of the emergency generator rooms. As he entered one of the rooms, he tripped and fell over the exterior door threshold. Employee #1 fell and fractured his right hip. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he underwent surgical procedures and was then hospitalized for postoperative care.
