Employee Amputates Finger in Conveyor System

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on February 6, 2014, an employee was walking through a rollerized conveyor system by lifting up a cantilever gate. He lost his balance, and the gate closed on his left index finger. The employee finger was amputated but was not hospitalized.
