Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:10 p.m. on February 4, 2014, Employee #1, a laborer, was pruning trees in an orchard. After lunch everybody started work back to work, a coworker heard a noise and turned and saw that the employee was on the ground. Employee #1 fell from a pruning tower machine approximately 9 ft to the ground. The employee was transported to Doctor's Hospital via ambulance, where he was treated for fractures to his ribs, brain swelling and fractured vertebrae in the neck.
