Investigation Summary
On September 24, 2013, Employee #1 was the passenger in a two seat Yamaha Rhino side by side ATV (small truck). A coworker was driving the ATV. When making a left turn from gravel to pavement the ATV overturned. The roll cage landed on the employee's foot. Employee #1 was transported to an area hospital, where he was treated for a fractured right foot. Employee #1 was later released.
