Employee Seriously Injured Falling from Tree

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on September 06, 2012 Employee #1 a trainer for disabled adults, was assigned to perform landscape maintenance on a vacant residential home. Employee #1 at climbed up a tree to cut some branches from the tree. When Employee #1 reached to cut a branch with his saw, and he lost his balance and fell to the ground. Employee #1 was taken to a local area hospital, where he was diagnosed with a fractured spinal cord around his neck. Employee #1 was admitted to the hospital for a month, and was transferred to a rehabilitation center for further treatment.
