Backing Semi Truck Runs over and Kills Worker

On May 25, 2012, Employee #1, an 83-year-old male with E.T.C. Inc., was standing behind a semi-tractor that was parked outside of bay number two. The Shop Foreman got in the semi and began backing up running over Employee #1. Employee #1 was killed in the event.
