Investigation Summary
At approximately 4:50 p.m. on June 16, 2012, a mechanic, employed by Hill Town Packing, was lubricating the chain/sprocket drive of a cauliflower harvesting conveyor belt machine. While lubricating, his fingertip was amputated. The injured employee was taken to Natividad Medical Hospital where he was treated and released.
