Employee Passes Out While Walking Uphill

On May 17, 2013, Employee #1 was walking up a short hill to recover an earth-moving scraper in order to perform some mechanical repairs. As the employee ascended the hill, he felt light-headed and then passed out. Employee #1 was driven to a local hospital's emergency room by his son, where he was admitted and underwent surgery to repair an aortic heart valve. The employee remained hospitalized.
