Employee Falls Into Shredder and Dies

Employee #1 was working on shredder line during night shift. A coworker came into area looking for Employee #1. The coworker was unable to locate Employee #1, but observed blood, tissue, and clothing on the floor at the end of the shredder line. Blood, tissue and clothing were also observed under both shredders in the shredding line. It appears that Employee #1 fell into shredder at the start of the line.
