Employee's Neck Is Lacerated When Glass Sheet Breaks

On August 18, 2012, Employee #1 and a coworker were lifting a sheet of glass off a cutting table. The glass broke in their hands and a piece of the glass struck Employee #1 in the neck. The employee was taken to an area hospital, where he was treated for laceration to his neck. Employee #1 remains hospitalized.
