Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold or Ladder

On July 5, 2012, Employee #1 was placing siding on a house and out of view of his coworkers. The employee fell from either a ladder or a scaffold, striking the patio below. Employee #1 was transported to a hospital, where the employee was treated for a head injury and unspecified body fractures. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
