Employee Falls from Skylight

Employee #1 was working on the top of a roof, replacing metal sheets when he stepped on a skylight made of fiberflass and fell through to the concrete floor, hitting the left side of his body. Employee #1 was transported to a local medical center, where he was admitted for observation of a concussion, and released on the same day.
