Employee Gets Struck by Car

At approximately 9:04 a.m. on December 19, 2011 Employees were performing line clearance tree trimming. A flagger opened the lane for a car to go through the work area. Employee #1 was walking west along the edge of the east bound lane, when the east bound car struck him.
