Investigation Summary
At approximately 2 p.m. on June 15, 2012, an employee, of Seattle Mechanical, was under contract from CBRE Building management to service the HVAC unit above Reischling Press. As he was repairing the unit he fell through an unguarded skylight to his death. Tukwila Police and Fire responded to the accident.
