Employee Cuts Self While Uncoiling Wiring Supplies

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2012, Employee #1 was working with some electrical supplies and cut a zip tie off a ground ring coil with a leatherman's utility knife (manufactured by Crux Subsurface Inc.). In doing so, he cut himself on his abdomen. Paramedics transported him to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where he was treated for a serious laceration and hospitalized for three days.
