At approximately 6:00 a.m. on April 19, 2012, Employee #1, working for a specialty aluminum products manufacturer, Vista Metals Corp., was lifting a drain pot with a remote controlled overhead crane when the pot swung towards him striking him in the legs and fracturing both his legs. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
