On March 19, 2012, Employee #1, a 54-year-old male driver of LSG Sky Chefs was working at the Out-Bound loading docks when he turned into the pathway of a passing catering truck. Employee #1 was struck by the catering trucks rear tires. Employee #1 was killed in this event.
