Employee Suffers Burns While Carrying a Food Heater

On January 12, 2012, Employee #1, while working in the food expedites area, was preparing to carry a small food heater to a customer's table. A flash fire occurred, and Employee #1 was caught on fire. The employee suffered burns to his chest, and was hospitalized.
