Employee Is Injured When Caught Against Falling Equipment

On November 13, 2011, Employee #1, of Dole Fresh Vegetables, Incorporation, was preparing a cooling unit for transport. The manifold was unbolted and not secured. The manifold fell on Employee #1 and pinned him against an electrical panel. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital and treated for unspecified fractures.
