Employee Is Struck by Vehicle, Later Dies

At approximately 7:58 a.m. on October 5, 2011, Employee #1, an employee of Walmart, was walking in a crosswalk located between the parking lot and garden center's entrance gate. A vehicle struck Employee #1. Employee #1 was transported to a local hospital, where he died 10 days later.
