Employee Dies Falling from Ladder

Employee #1 was attempting to repair a bent runway conductor rail on an overhead crane, by bending the rail back into alignment with a pipe wrench, when he recieved an electric shock from a conductor rail. Employee #1 fell 18 ft from a fiberglass extension ladder, striking his head on the concrete floor below. Employee died as a result of this accdent and his injuries.
