Employee Is Injured in Fall from Truck Into Auger

On May 25, 2011, an employee was caught off guard by a gust of wind while standing on the roof of the grain truck. The employee fell off the truck into the auger and amputated the fourth and fifth toes on the right foot and broke the middle toe on the same foot. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
