Employee Is Killed in Fall from Roof

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on January 06, 2012, an employer, a roofing contractor, and his employee were removing old asphalt shingles and replacing the decking and sheathing. Employee # 1 was in the process of finishing the roofing job and he lost his balance and fell approximately 24 feet to the ground. Employee #1 died at the scene.
